Bring a lifesaver on board your car
We at Bosch connect your car with our automatic emergency call service, similar to eCall.
Connect your car to Help Connect, and if you have an accident it will immediately send all life-saving information to the Help Connect assistant, ensuring that you receive help as fast as possible.
Help Connect calls for help even if you are incapacitated.
How Help Connect works in the car
Automatic accident detection
We use sensors to detect accidents, e.g. in the emergency call plug Vivatar drive, one of our partners. Quickly and easily upgraded, an algorithm in the plug evaluates this data and automatically recognises your accident. An emergency call is immediately triggered via Help Connect. Vivatar drive works in 11 European countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
Data communication and emergency calls
After an accident, your automatic emergency call reaches the Help Connect emergency call assistants, who are available 24/7. Based on your location and accident data, they know where you are and can organize help.
With the Viviatar drive app, you can also fill out an optional and store your . In this way, the Help Connect agents know exactly what you need and which contacts they should inform.
A direct line to rescue services
If our Help Connect agents are informed about your accident, they will first try to contact you. Depending on the severity of your accident, the emergency services will be automatically notified if you are unable to answer your phone.
If the sensor data indicates a minor accident, you can contact the Help Connect agent to find out if you need an ambulance.
